The Circle of Friends began in 2011, when a group of Southern California’s top musicians came together to make music.
The purpose was not only to play great tunes, but also to bring joy to all those who came to listen. That is the CIRCLE mission.
Our repertoire includes the Great American Song Book, swing, be-bop, salsa and blues. We encourage dancing and audience participation,
and focus on music that is consistent with each venue.
The CIRCLE has performed at various venues including: Los Angeles Museum of Art (LACMA) music series, Levitt Pavilion Pasadena concert series,
Central Avenue Jazz Festival, Newport Beach Jazz Party, Catalina Jazz Club, Blue Jay Jazz Festival, and corporate and private events.
